    <p><!--block-->Rachel has worked for KinderCare for three years, and in the Early Childhood Education field for over eight years. Rachel began her career at KinderCare as an Infant teacher. She then became the Assistant Director of the Brothers Drive KinderCare in December 2014. Rachel received her bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education through Ashford University in August of 2014. Rachel has a passion for watching children grow. She enjoys being able to interact with children of all ages and create a special bond with the families. Rachel has two children of her own who she is proud to say were KinderCare children. Rachel feels that the most important part of working with children is building trust and making a strong connection with each child and their family. Once that bond has been created, learning and developmental growth comes naturally.</p>

    <p><!--block-->Jackie has worked for KinderCare for four years. She enjoys seeing all of the children's' smiling faces and hearing all of the silly and wonderful things they say. She also loves giving love and attention to all of "her babies". She began working at the Lafayette KinderCare four years ago as a Preschool Teacher, and has also worked in our Prekindergarten classroom as well as our Discovery Preschool Room. She prides herself in making the children feel special and loved. Prior to KinderCare, Jackie worked at Kids Connection. Her heart truly belongs to each and every child here at KinderCare.</p>

    Jazmine has been a part of our KinderCare family since September 2015. She loves the little ones and how playful they are. She also loves their curiosity and eagerness to learn. Each day is a new opportunity to teach the children new things.
