Trugreen always lets me know
Trugreen always lets me know when they are coming so I can have pets confined which is really important if I am not going to be home. In the spring and summer, my lawn looks great--beautiful dark green grass and no weeds compared to neighbors "sea of dandelion seeds". Your service men are always helpful and pleasant to talk to. Pre-paying not only saves some money but is also much handier than each treatment billing. Its an especially great service for elderly singles who have neither time nor energy to get everything done!

The young men who
The young men who do my lawn are always so nice and courteous. Even if I didn't like the job they do, which I do like the job they do, I would stick with TruGreen because the service men they send are so nice.

Ask questions at point of sale before service begins to be sure you know what you have paid for or are paying for. It helps form expectations in keeping with the service TruGreen will be providing. Continue to ask questions along the way to get pertinent explanations of factors affecting the progress toward the outcome you are hoping for.
